I went in the other day to talk to Jason about getting a car financed for my first time. Turns out my credit is shot out & he wasn’t able to help me out like we had hoped. After going & getting turned down from a couple dealers prior I couldn’t help but feel a bit discouraged... Jason then got a hold of me and referred me to another dealership that could possibly help me out. After deciding to go ahead & give it a shot, I am happy to say I am now in a 2019 vehicle, with less than 40,000 miles, & am working towards rebuilding my credit! Took 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Then shut my charger plug inside to hood. Very disappointing. Usually they are very efficient BUT not today
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have had nothing but terrible experiences here. The gal that answers the phone is dismissive and they are very untimely in anything we have asked them to do. I would never recommend this place.
Service department staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and all repairs seem to have solved my issues. Truck works great!
