I have been trusting Turner with vehicle sales and service for 20 years. The service Department is top-notch and trustworthy... in the few instances I have had to use them! Toyotas are bomber, of course... so it's never some crazy bill or surprise waiting for me. The Turner Auto family cares about their customers and we can tell ♥ufe0f

For the first time in my life I actually enjoyed buying a new car. All the people I met and talked with were very helpful, very polite and seemed happy to see me in the dealership. I left with a smile on my face instead of a feeling that I got rooked. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle to buy or trade. I give it 10 stars.

Everyone is very nice and the vehicle service seems solid. I was pretty curious why getting my Antena replaced was going to take 6-hours? Also everyone I “check out” it takes a very long time and they try to charge me even though I have Toyota Care? When I remind them I have Toyota Care it boggles them and it takes another 10-minutes

Mr. Walker was the epitome of politeness, kindness, caring and professionalism. He worked with us to get the best deal that would benefit both us and the dealership; it's a two-way street! Our purchase was a win-win situation. Mr. Kennedy in finance also went the extra length to make our experience a good one; his recommendations and his working with us were very very appreciated. Mr. Walker and Mr. Kennedy are definitely the stars of Turner Toyota as far as we're concerned. And to be truthful, everyone on staff at TT was generous with their time. Definitely a very good experience! Turner Toyota deserves 5 stars. We trust them.

I had a wonderful experience. We worked directly with Greg Hiler, and he worked with us through every step of the process and was never pushy. I felt like the staff was genuine, transparent, and vested in my experience as a consumer. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.nnThe dealership also seemed to work as a team rather than individually.
