I recently had a prescription called in at 3:43 P.M. the lady on the phone said. This is after I heard nothing from them since I had called at 2 something. I had called around 7:29 PM to see if my doc had called any thing in. The lady told me that they had been really busy that day. Not to mention being put on hold for 12 mins to get to talk to someone there. I looked at the time after getting off the phone with her it was 7:45 pm. I knew that I was not going to make it at that point. I live 7 miles from them. She had also said that there may be some lag time between the electronic systems. I used to be a happy customer but not so much anymore. I think I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

The pharmacy techs are very friendly and ready to help you quickly. They are faster at filling prescriptions than any other place nearby. They never look frustrated. No drive through but worth the walk in.

The manager, Nichole, and tech - Ben are so professional, efficient, and compassionate in filling my monthly prescriptions- which is not always easy with the number of scripts and the type of insurance I have. But no matter how difficult or if they themselves are having a tough day - these two people consistently remain kind & professional. A rare quality!
