Very friendly and helpful when I called. Helped me locate & recieve my package quickly. Removing one star because employees inside were not wearing masks, or wearing them incorrectly.
William was great! Very good customer service.
The employees are oblivious to customer requests. I asked for an item, the women said yes we have those and produced something completely different. When I had to explain the difference between what I asked for and what she was giving me, I was told the post office does not sell those. I have to go to Office Depot or Walmart for 1 security envalope. If I could give this place no stars, I would.
Don't get timely delivery of your mail if you get it at all office says they are open but doors are locked. several mail carriers are really rude. oh and they deliver someone else's mail to you but not your own. Plus leave your mail sitting in your box at your house hanging out to be collected for three days. Need new staff since staff now don't have any consideration to the customers and take no pride in their jobs.
The folks at the office are kind and patient. The drivers are causing some tension, however. For the third time I can recall, the usps jeep has simply pushed our flag down and put new mail on top of our outgoing mail. I've already called the main office about it, perhaps someone will notice this. Mail can be time sensitive. Its July 3rd, and I'm betting this 260 dollar refund check will now have to wait until July 5th to go out. Your drivers are subverting my efforts to give good customer service, and there's nothing I can do to make them do the job. Again, the ladies and gentleman in the office have always done right by me, even on what I can see to be a dishearteningly busy day. Thank you for reading.
