I am looking to buy my first real kitchen appliance and a bit nervous about the $$ commitment so I have been to Lowe's, home depot, appliance factory, Sears and reading up on Consumer Reports. Having experienced all that I am telling you that Sonny's (more specifically Elijah) has been hands down the most helpful person I've experienced out of all these stores. They are honest, speak out of experience and don't make you feel pressured about anything. If I lived in Cortez I would absolutely buy an appliance from them, and will likely still buy one from them even though I live in Moab.

Great experience with the folks at Sonny's Appliance Repair /Sales. Rob came out to evaluate the condition of existing refrigerator. He was very professional and honest. After finding out that our old refrigerator was non repairable due to its age, we proceeded and purchased a new side by side from them. Ruth and Beth were very professional, accommodating and honest. They gave us a good price and even provided a loaner fridge in the mean time the new one arrived.........at no additional cost. My wife and I are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Sonny's Appliance.nThanks a million.

Booked appointment with the company to install a new appliance in the kitchen, agreed to suggested time window and took a day off to be home.n30 minutes before technician was supposed to show up I get a call from them mumbling they will actually not come, since I didn't purchase range from them.

We stopped into Sonny's in need of a used dryer and new washer and dryer. We were helped by Jesse and the service was very courteous and informative. No selling, just polite and helpful. For a reasonable rate they delivered and installed the units the next day in a timely and professional manner. Best sales and service experience we've ever had. Highly recommend, will use again.
