The thought of buying a new car would just make me cringe, as there are so many models within a line and so many options to choose to from. The more options, the higher the price. Ugh! I started my new car buying experience by calling Olympia Mazada. I couldn't have picked a better sales person. I got Zach Roberts. Zach is Mr. Customer Service! Zach explained the differences between the models, the options and the prices. Zach put me at ease and guided me through the car buying process. I've never felt better buying a car! Tom made my purchase of a new Lincoln Nautilus the best car buying experience I've ever had. He worked with me to answer all my questions both before and after I bought the car. I had a fantastic time looking at a new Mazda CX-5. Ultimately I did not buy the car (only because I’m upside down in my current car loan) however Tom was great to work with and I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Mazda to go see Tom.
