One of the best car deals and service we had in a long time! TOMMY HARWOOD and finance member did a excellent job. Did the majority of paper work through email. Came into the dealership to sign off on the remainder of paperwork. IN AND OUT LESS THAN A HOUR.

Would give no stars, this dealership is terrible. Did a hard pull on my credit, when they stated they would not. Then they did not contact me afterwards to discuss the vehicle, nor anything. I called several times, and no call backs. Then, 10 days after the hard pull, I had different salesperson call me, and ask if they could help me. They knew they vehicle that I wanted, but had sold it. I asked if this is how they treated all their customers, This saleslady stated she just got the file from Trace, and that she didn't know anything about it, but the Sales Manager Brandon did know, but didn't bother to contact me for over 10 days. Now I have a hard pull, and the vehicle I was interested in sold. Horrible customer service, and this is the SECOND TIME I'VE TRIED THIS DEALERSHIP, IN 8 MONTHS, TREATED THE SAME WAY!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
