I came from out of state to get married, had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful woman named Rene, She helped us through the process very easily and very quickly. We were done in 15 minutes. She was very easy to talk to and a very nice person. They even blew bubbles for us ud83dude0dud83dude0d

The court house and County Recorder in Las Animas have been a pleasant experience anytime I have worked with them. I have gone in here to file an adoption, missing title, purging a title to a mobile home and creating an affidavit of permanent foundation. The people have always been helpful, even going out of their way. I think it is best to go in and they have better hours now. I have lived in a big city and I have lived here in Las Animas County and had nothing but the best service and it far exceeds that of any other.

Ole Jane Doe has 1 star reviews on everything on her page haha, every place you visit has a problem, grow up Jane! Every visit I've made here has been great, sometimes there is a wait but if you can't handle that maybe try renewing online....

No way to access the recorder office. Left a vm to admin, election and recorder office and no answer of phone call and email

They don't answer the phones and are only open three days a week!!!!
