Lacey Transit Center

The Lacey Transit Center has covered seating and routes are clearly marked and appear to be timely. Bus staff seem friendly and answer questions w/o attitude. Some riders have attitudes and can be rude, some easy going. Such is life.

Really impressed with the security guard available, and the clean and open and well lit facility — all of the bus bays are clearly marked with no graffiti. A class act — well done, Lacey!

not a reliable bus system at all smh. google maps says one thing and the bus stop says a diff time so you’ll eventually miss yor damn bus. buses are always delayed, or early. like that makes no damn sense at all. so if somebody is already accustomed to a certain time how is the bus gonna come early??!!! Another thing, they have like a million and one stops on one stretch and the drivers drive so freakin fast by the time you realize its your stop, the bus already passed the stop. And lastly!!!! pleaseeee display the stops on the top of the bus . not just the freakin time. it only shows the stop when its approaching it. ( basically missed being that the drivers drive so fast) . let the stops remain on top until it passes it. and the route number on the bus should match what it says on google maps. ( ex 44 INBOUND or OUTBOUND) idc if its going to the mall etc. and the stops should be said in full like whats on google maps. not everybody is from olympia. or even from the states. im from the USVI and is going to school in lynnwood. i only come to olympia to visit my mom and bro. the bus is my transport because i dont wanna drive up here. so improve!!!

This is the 3rd time i missed my infants doctor apt because they wanted me to take my child out of his stroller instead of making someone switch seats(not disabled or elderly)! It's ridiculous. Shouldn't bother sitting up front if you cannot bother to move when someone actually NEEDS the spot. Once on the 60 and twice on the 64 this has happened to me. What makes you think its ok for an infant to have to be held on a bus with no protection just so some teenagers dont have to take 40 seconds to switch seats?!

This area is predominantly white, I'm black and I'm watched by security like I'm steal something. I wouldn't use it but it's the bus I need..
