This used to be an amazing pharmacy with extremely helpful customer service and quick fills for prescriptions, unfortunately since Jennifer left it has become nearly impossible to even get through to talk to a pharmacist so you don’t have to wait 20-40 minutes in store, and if or when you do get through they are extremely rude unhelpful and incompetent in their jobs it seems, switched pharmacies and will NEVER use this pharmacy again. If you want competent service go somewhere else!

Abject negligence. If there is any possible way that they can make a mistake or slack off and just avoid doing something, that's what they do. Embarrassingly employed from top to bottom.

My family and I have been shopping at the Albertsons in Durango since the day it first opened for business. The guys who work in produce are really friendly and are always happy to assist customers. Albertsons employees in general are like doing biz with neighbors you have know for years.
