After wrecking my beloved 4 runner, I was extremely upset that I had to purchase another vehicle. I had gone to most the main dealerships in town and it was evident most didn't actually service the vehicle and it was overpriced. When I came to Precision, I was already defeated with the process and I had my 5 year old with me. Dorman and his wife, did an amazing job of providing service and working with in my needs as a single mom, needing a reliable affordable car with a short time frame. We found a vehicle that made sense for my family. I cannot thank them enough for make this process positive. I highly recommend them!

Hands down the best used car experience I have EVER had! Dorman and his staff are wonderful and went far out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase of a 2014 VW Jetta Sportwagen. They followed up with some post-purchase repairs and made sure that every part of the process was totally smooth and convenient for me and my family. I highly recommend Precision Imports, Inc., and AutoFindersUSA any time you are looking for a used car and want to be treated with respect and honesty!

We always buy used cars, but NEVER from a dealer. Just the thought of dealing with used car salesmen is enough to make my stomach turn. We found a Jeep online that was for sale at Precision Imports. Reluctantly we went in to take a look. Donald was the exact opposite of any other car salesmen we have dealt with. He was extremely polite and professional and very helpful. He was not pushy and did not give us those cheesy one liners most salesmen do. Financing was a breeze and the Jeep is everything we hoped it would be. We will be buying from Donald again!

I usually do not write reviews, but I had an exceptional experience selling a car at Precision Imports. Dorman was very polite, professional and diligently responded to all of my questions. I feel that I received a fair price for the car and a high level of customer service. I would definitely recommend purchasing or selling a car from Precision Imports.....no pressure, no attitude and trustworthy ...exceeded my expectation. Thank you!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a car! Donald and his wife Samantha were so kind and accommodating. Calls were returned immediately, they were always friendly and willing to help. The buying process was quick and painless! I will definitely buy from Precision Auto again and I absolutely recommend them! I LOVE my new car!! Thank you Donald and Samantha!!
