I rarely have a problem with riding transit, when I do it's other riders the drivers are awesome!!!! Right now people should only be riding for essential reasons. I walk to work and trolley home often stopping for groceries. Groceries can be pretty heavy. This morning I got off work, shopped, went to catch the trolley. The 9:20 trolley that hits 9th and main about 9:21. I got there at 9:18, trolley at 9:20. Sure would have been nice if that driver would have stopped. Those groceries I carried for over a mile were heavy. I've had my groceries stolen twice while waiting for the trolley or bus. It's not worth sitting and waiting for another 20 minutes. Could all the awesome drivers please remind the 9:20 driver on 4/27/20 that we aren't riding for fun these days.
Took a ride from Fort Lewis at 9:08 today and the driver was completely rude and had terrible customer service. He claimed we should have a summer bus sticker from the student union but the student union has been closed since before summer so there has been no way to access that sticker. I can't believe he would not support students living on campus during a pandemic. Furthermore, I can't believe he would have the audacity to lecture students about something he knows nothing about. Completely unacceptable.

Usually the Transit is reliable but the bus arrived 10 minutes early and drove off while I was running to catch the bus.
