Hands down, this is the best Pho I’ve been able to find in Colorado to date. Their staff is extremely welcoming and always make sure that you are happy as a customer! Their food also has the best flavor of any Vietnamese restaurant I’ve tried so far in the state!
Pho was sub-par. Broth wasn't bone broth, and lacked the typical anise flavor of quality broth. Basil and bean sprouts were very fresh, but that is about all that was good. Rice noodles tasted bad, I ended up not eating most of them. Tripe was decent, but the beef quality was low. There was some sauce on the wall of the booth where I sat, and a lot of dirty tables when I came in. Overall they seemed under staffed, but this doesn't excuse food quality. Won't be coming back.
Super soups and dishes ! Nothing better than hot soup on cold day. These young owners run a very tight ship and I have enjoyed this spot for years.
This is the most comfortable whole in the wall pho place. Delicious!! Great priced and a very friendly staff. When I want that feeling of comfort food I go here.
Service was fast, the food was good but at the end of the day my friend and I got sick. We ordered food that we tried at other restaurants and never got sick. Very concerned about this.
