This bank stole over 2000 dollars from my friend because they didn’t take someone off of an account 2 years ago and refuse to do anything about it. SHAME ON YOU! Keep your money safe and go to twin star or WSECU.
Best credit union ever.
Horrible service. There mistake cost me $1200. And the repossessed my vehicle. On there mistake. And there solution after never missing any payments never late was, your lucky your getting the car back without paying the full note on the car! Wow. Just wow. Re writing the loan to a bank that deserves my money. Ridiculous.
Always a pleasant experience. The staff are quick and nice. I've had multiple loans through them and never had any issues.
