Terrible service. Employees like to argue via phone calls and place blame for miscommunication on their end.
Website clearly says open till 2:30 Monday and Friday during the covid 19 crisis. I arrived at 2pm on May 8th and they are closed and door sign says 1:30.nnThis is a major problem for me on a Friday!! Get it together over there!!
They got me in a car right away.
I've had an account there for 27 years...I am 27. I have had car and personal loans through this credit union. They have awesome interest rates. Pattie, the loan officer, is so amazing. She is helpful, kind and sweet. I wish I lived in Westminster so we could do all of our banking through just this bank. Best customer service I have ever experienced banking.
