Jennifer Bustos: it is shocking that you would publicly name & slander the former manager. Especially when it's BS!nnI have communicated with Emmanuel many times via email and in person. On those several occasions, he has been nothing less than a professional and a gentleman. He displayed his servant heart along with his cordial & welcoming personality.nnFar cry from what you are claiming of him.nnTake heed Jennifer: if problems follow where you go, YOU are probably the problem.nnEmmanuel deserves an apology from you.

I have lived at 5800 for over a year never had a problem until new the manager took over. When I came out of my apartment on Thursday March fifth maintenance was in the hall said that they had killed a bed bug next to another apartment and we should check ours, and that if we found any to go to the office and fill out paperwork. I agreed. But I was on my way out so decided to check laternSo Monday March 9th maintenance knocked on my door and asked if they could inspect, I informed them that I think I have them so the told me to go to the office and fill out paperwork I agreed and an hour later I went the office.Well when went to the office Sonya the manager was engaged in a conversation with the maintenance man he said go had and go in . Sonya no have a seat and ill be with you I agreed. Well after five minutes of listening to her type another maintenance man comes in and starts talking about the bed bugs so I gasp and snSonya was like what can I help you with I got up in to her office and told her bed bugs she was like oh go sit down ill be with you so now I've been sitting there listening to her type and now she's answering the phone I have been waiting for about 10 mins so finally I get And say ill be back before five. Come back about 330pm 4pm she's not there posted a notice that i failed to give her 24hour notice and shes chargering me 1150.00 Because I did not stay in her office I even offered to make an appointment with her she treated like Like whatever I had going made no deference I was going to sit and wait till she was ready so now I feel like im being bullied into paying this .

I'll leave the rest to video as I'm planning to make an entire review exposing this company, all i'll say is Theresa and Rose which have both poorly taken care of me, both very bitter and miserable ladies, anything they have spewed out into other people will come back to them, I feel bad at how sad these ladies are to be treating people so badly, my first apartment experience will be my last due to how TERRIBLE these people have treated me, and to that i'm very grateful, so thank you for pushing me to buying my first home. Now that I'm finally gone, I wont be leaving without warning others about this place, don't ever rent here, you will regret it and be trapped for 12 month lease, its not worth the stress, they don't care about you at all.

Apts are getting into better shape. The new manager is doing a good job he actually listens to the residents and makes informed decisions and listens and doesn't jump to decisions. Management isn't like the property supervisor and their supervisor who discriminates and threatens residents I feel that new management is doing a good job.nWondering if metro west housing authority condones threats of bodily harm to its residents and disability discrimination by its employees

*** PLEASE READ BEFORE FORMING AN OPINION***nI'm not sure who posted the review from Jennifer Bustos or how they got my name. but THAT IS A FALSE REVIEW. I couldn't be more happy with my apartment and the staff. my unit does not have a sliding door or only one window as the false review stated. Thus far I have only had a small issue, when i moved in, there was no shower head. The front office was very helpful and friendly and they resolved my issue immediately.nWho ever posted the fake review is taking advantage of me and the staff of this apartment complex. I highly recommend who ever it is takes their post down, it is unfair.
