After 2 years as a resident I felt I had to say something about the staff at Maplewood. The office staff is always friendly, helpful and caring. They are professional and knowledgeable with just the right level of empathy for every situation that concerned me.nThe maintenance staff have been prompt and professional as well. They know what they are doing and how to do it quickly and with the least amount of time necessary. They work effectively with pride of place. The results are a very comfortable residence thanks to them. If there were more stars these people would achieve them also I am sure.

I've been living here 2 years. Every issue we have had as been resolved promptly. Staff is very friendly and understanding. Maintenance guys are great. Only thing that sucks is there are shady looking people hanging out around the complex all the time and I've had a few car break ins as well as my car being stolen from the property.
We have been here over 2 years. Karen the Manager runs a tight ship here, which is what i like, but sometimes she gets understandably overwhelmed . Nice little work out room and computer lab. Maintenance is always completed in a timely fashion.nYes this is apratment living, and it is income restricted. But if you do move in please remember one thing, a little common courtesy goes a long way.nOh yeah by the way, Michele the Asst.Mgr. also does a good job with things.
