Exuberant shipping costs! Beware! A ~5lb tear drop flag pole cost $45 to ship with no forewarning that there would be an additional shipping charge checkout. The shipping costs should be listed at checkout. It is misleading to have additional shipping charges after the original purchase, this should be clarified on your website.

Susan is great, very quick with responses, and does great work. The apartments I work at had her create a banner, and it looks amazing! We sent over a design and she was able to make it work!
