Nathan and his crew were able to rebuild a rooftop deck on our duplex in Denver. They were punctual and provided good value and a wonderful result. Could not be happier.

Nathan and Charlie put in quality work for a good value. My husband and I found out we had the worse case of asbestos in our house and decided to take the opportunity to do a full gut and remodel. This included removing walls and changing the footprint of the house. This was a huge project and we were nervous about the large scope of it and wanted to make sure that we hired the right contractor. Nathan at Colorado Building and Construction were AMAZING. There were no hidden charges, they were upfront about everything. We had moved into an apartment while construction was going on, so keeping to a timeline was very important. They finished on time and even shoveled our walkway before we moved back in. Every time I had a question Nathan was there to answer it, even when I had a million of them. Charlie had come up with some really unique solutions to some of our problems. Charlie's craftmanship was beautiful and really made our house look unique. After everything was completed, Nathan check in to make sure everything was how we wanted it. There were a few small things that needed to be adjusted but he came out to complete and didn't just leave us hanging. Thank you Nathan and Charlie for the positive experience!

Colorado Building and Construction recently finished a complete tear out and remodel of my basement. The results are stunning and I'm very pleased with the results. The most important decision anyone makes on a remodeling project is choosing the right contractor. Finding a contractor that is up front with the costs and gives you what you want is of paramount importance. I shopped around and found a number of contractors who either had a set format of materials and designs thereby severely limiting my options on finishes and hardware. Or, they overbid for every little thing that wasn't the norm...and, I asked for a number of things out of the norm. The short list includes: A closet with a murphy door bookshelf, a bidet toilet, an over sized ceiling mounted rain-head shower and a kitchenette with a dishwasher. So, after two months of cold calling remodeling companies and suffering thru three disappointing bid sessions. My sister, tells me about a friend of hers that had a lot of work done and was very happy with her contractor, numbers and assurances of trust are exchanged and the call to Colorado Building and Construction was made. Along comes Nate Reynolds, instantly likable, he exudes trust and it is obvious that he listens to what you want. He takes my wish list and sends me a bid with everything I asked for included at fair price. I agree to the terms and sign away, then the work began. I grew more and more pleased as time went on. The speed and quality of the work was exceptional. Nates crew and subcontractors made short work of an immense project with a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail. The full gamut of skills and trades was utilized, plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, tile, flooring, counter-tops, woodworking and carpentry. They gave me everything on my wish list and a bit more. I'm glad I called them and will be drawing on their services again in the very near future. A special thanks to Charlie and Jordan they made it an enjoyable experience and they took care of all the little things. And, word to the wise...when in doubt...ask Charlie.

I have used Colorado Building and Construction to remodel 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. They do a very good job. They were here when they said they would be, communicated well and helped us find the best supply companies. We even felt confident enough to leave town while our house was in the middle of construction. I trusted these contractors with my home to do the job, and do it well. They met my expectations and did it for very decent prices.
