Great flu shot experience! Online appointment booking was fast and easy; was helped right on arrival and was done within minutes. (Was there on a Wednesday evening, and it wasn’t very busy)

I’ve gone here four times for a prescription and there have been issues every single time. If you rely on taking your medications regularly absolutely do NOT use this pharmacy. I get texts that medications are ready and then when I come they say I’m out of refills and I don’t have anything ready. They do not have the competence to care about your health or your time.

I’m not sure whether the rudeness or apparent incompetence is the worst thing about this particular location (I’m generally pleased with most CVS locations). I’ve been to this location three times and they can’t seem to get anything straight and they don’t seem to care. It’s a shame because it’s around the corner from my house.
