Angie the pharmacist, is Amazing! She is very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. If you do not get the help you need, always ask for Angie. She will gladly help you in anyway she can. She is just the best!

Girl behind the counter with the fake eyebrows was filling prescriptions in front of everyone with no mask on. The bottles and tablets were literally below her face as she counted them. I refuse to believe and pharmacy technician is unaware of how a virus can easily be transmitted to someone with her reckless abandonment of the stores mask policy. How is this not willful negligence? Are the other technicians not responsible to some degree as well? Why would they, or management allow this? Is wearing a mask so inconvenient to her that she is willing to risk the lives of others?

This is the most professional, helpful pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. More importantly, they consistently deliver the medicine I need and when I need it. I've have only been pleasantly surprised by these guys; never disappointed.

Pharmacists are reasonable and helpful. Amazing male Rx clerk who’s always kind and helpful with a smile ud83dudc4d. Most female Rx clerks not so much and make me feel I’m too much of a bother by being a customer. I dread going to the pharmacy most times. I wish Kroger mgt would film their clerks interactions with the public to see what’s happening here. Other store employees are always nice, helpful, and respectful. The pharmacists always seem way too busy, so I doubt they have time to watch what’s happening at the counters. It appears this pharmacy needs more pharmacists (2/shift), and the clerks need more help too. The clerks should also be given additional training on what it means to provide excellent, caring and helpful customer service. Maybe the unhappy clerks aren’t being paid enough or should be relocated to other positions???

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After going up to the desk once the attendant told me my prescription wasn’t ready yet but she’ll let them know and should be up in 10 minutes. After I waited in eye sight of all the girls behind the counter joking around and laughing with each other for 20 minutes I went back up to the counter to see if my prescription was ready. Then during checkout the pharmacist asked if I had taken the prescriptions before and I said no, she then said to just read the labels. Finally in purchasing my prescriptions I asked if the woman could check out my few groceries and she told me no because there was 1 additional patron behind me. And even though the other customer checking out was just about done and that attendant could have helped the patron waiting. Lastly, they should also be aware of the people needing prescriptions, sick people needing to get home and back in bed.
