I would give them a negative review if I could. It took me 2 hours to finally get my prescriptions. They kept me waiting for two hours. In addition, the employee including the manager Jackie was very rude.

My girlfriend and I have been to this Pharmacy within King Soopers a couple of times and every time it's very poor customer service. Getting a new prescription filled is like pulling teeth, and there is zero communication about when your prescription is ready. Unfortunately Walgreens across the street does not work with my health insurance so I'm forced to do King Soopers. I might try the new King Soopers off Indiana near Leyden Rock soon if things don't improve. When I'm told my prescription will be ready within the next 30 minutes I shouldn't have to be told my prescription will now be ready in a few hours. I understand things happen, but I'm not very impressed.

If you go here, add at least 1 hour onto the time they say your prescription will be ready.

Always waiting over an hour for prescriptions. If you get a call saying your prescription is ready, wait a few days. Every time there's a problem when I go there.
