The entire process was great. Each person we worked with throughout the process was fantastic. It was smooth and we were kept informed from the first phone call until the installation. We love the ease and convenience of the gas fireplace and it looks wonderful.nnMark was terrific to work with on installation day. He went through everything so we understood the remote control. He also answered any questions we had after the installation.

I randomly selected a chimney sweep service and was very pleased with my selection. Trisha was very nice and professional in confirming the type of service that I needed and although it was originally scheduled in the future, contacted me when there was a cancellation and the technician was in my area. Nate arrived when he said he would, he was professional, clean and respectful of the space and did not rush through the process. He did a great job and even showed me how to light and turn off the insert. I would highly recommend this company.

Mark was great! Very nice and walked me through everything he was doing. He also wore his mask without me having to ask him to pull it over his nose and he even removed his shoes with out me asking him (first time that has ever happened when having someone come perform work at our place). Don’t bother calling any other company other than Chimney Sweeps of America if you need work done on your fireplace.

Mark was fantastic - he patiently taught me everything I could possibly need to know about my gas fireplace - from basic maintenance to future options, whether or not a sound was a good sound, as well as some solid safety tips. Really, really great experience. He even took pictures and included them in the invoice for future convenience. 10/10 would use again.
