Purchased a home late last year from this company who remodeled the home. The home is definitely older, which I knew going into it. At first glance the home looked very nice, interior work was done nicely, there were some minor things that didn’t bother me much, so I made the purchase. After living in the home for several months, I was forced to repair several things that were refinished very poorly, lazy contractors and poor attention to detail.nFirst, the water supply to my fridge. Water was not coming out of the new fridge they installed. Water supply was tapped into the bathroom water supply that shared the wall between them. The line was too thick to go through the wall, so they attempted to modify the line. When I turned the water supply line on water poured out of the line attaching to the fridge, causing massive amounts of water to pool up in my kitchen. So had to remove fridge, buy a new line, and drill a larger hole for the line to go through the wall.nSecond, the basement bathroom looked nicely redone. After having to remove the brand new toilet and installing a new wax ring due to the toilet leaking water from under its base, I chose to inspect other items. To my surprise the copper piping to the bathtub faucet was not done correctly, it is leaking water into the wall and causing water damage. In order to repair I may have to tear down the new tile and get better access to the piping. The drywall in the same bathroom is not done correctly and if you push on it is bends into the wall, there is no insulation in the basement walls. The moisture fan, that is supposed to vent outside, vents directly into the wall.nAll exterior doors are new, however they have no thresholds under them, so about a half inch gap. Leaves blow in and the house can’t stay warm.nDrop down ceiling lights in the kitchen have drilled holes in the ceiling that are not even covered or filled. looks like they measured incorrectly and left the holes.nThird, none of the bathrooms or kitchen have GFCI outlets, so I have to install them. Makes you wonder what other electrical was done and not up to code.nAll in all I am enjoying my house, but for a remodeled home it was done poorly. If I could give 0 stars I would have. I m no contractor, but if this work was to represent my company, I would pack up shop and find a new career.nHope this review will help others be mindful of buying a home that has been remodeled by this company.
