So I didn't buy a new Cadillac (went with a different make) but these guys are great. They put up with my indecisiveness, gave me a great deal, it just wasn't the car for me this time. The sales manager and salesmen Erik went above and beyond. If you're looking for a Cadillac I would say go see them. Very easy to deal with.nnUpdate 3 years later. I finally found the car for me! After the pleasant experience 3 years ago I decided to look at Cadillac again. This time I found my perfect SUV. My salesman Mark was very easy to work with and was able to keep my payments where I felt comfortable. Every time I have been to this dealership they have gone above and beyond. This was my 3rd visit and 2nd vehicle from this dealership. Always great service.

I have bought used cars film this Meved dealership 3 other times. They have showed me how to build my credit. I was able to buy my very first brand new Cadillac. I got the one I wanted and more. My sales guy Mark Varia was wonderful. He didn't push me was fine showing me what i wanted. He didn't show me cars that needed to be sold. I was able to pick out just what i wanted. Your financing was fast and easy not hours of sitting there. I have taken other family and friends to buy cars their and they have gone back. I will be back for my husband next truck. Thank you Mark Varia for your patience and help. Truly a happy customer.

HORRIBLE Customer Service, I have walked in with my family twice hoping to purchase a new vehicle and never do we get greeted, let alone acknowledged for ATLEAST 10-15 min even when the salesmen clearly see us.. (even when we are literlly the only people in the building.) My Husband has to go knock on someones cubicle space to get any kind of information. Bald guy (Maybe Manger) also not very friendly ...Figure if you're trying to sell and make some money the customer service should be A1 ....definitely recommend going to Park Meadows instead, great friendly customer service .
