Read the reviews before renting from this company. Our boat needed some serious TLC as the hot tub worked for one day, one of the toilets would not hold water so it stunk horribly and the other had a broken seat, the batteries need replaced as they read low the whole trip and the starter went out on our last night. A mechanic came out and got it started but was well aware that it had problems and needs replaced.nnBesides the boat being a pile of junk, we had a great time and made a lot of great memories for our family. We would love to do it again but we will be looking for a different company for the next adventure.

We rented a houseboat last years and had a super great time! The boats had a hot tub and was huge! The boat was clean and everything worked great and we had no problems at all and got to enjoy one of the best vacations we have taken so far! We are definitely going to be using them again next season!

We rented from this company because they were considerably cheaper than the other one I found on Lake Roosevelt. The boats looked more dated in decor but that didn’t bother us. I should have read reviews. On pick up day we met another boat full of people returning from a weeklong trip where they spent the week beached on a broken down boat. Made us nervous but we were on a different boat so hoped for the best. We went to the closer of the two spots they had recommended (thankfully because the boat NEVER would have made it to the farther 2nd spot). We had a great first couple days. On our last full day we decided to take a little cruise. We weren’t out maybe 20 minutes (going maybe 1mph) when the engine died and started smoking. They sent someone to tow us back to our beach. We requested to be towed back to the marina because we had to leave early on our last day. They said no. They said the tug boat tow started at 8am and would be out first thing. No one showed up until after 10. With a 6+hour drive ahead of us this put us late to get back to our kids we left back home with grandparents. When I went in to the office upon return to ask why the tug boat didn’t depart at 8am like they said it would (we called and talked to Carol several times from 8-10am) instead of an apology or explanation she was very rude, and pulled out a form I had signed that stated the boat would be returned by 12:30 to avoid a late return charge. As it’s now 12:15 she said to me “you weren’t going to be back until 12:30 so what does it matter?” I honestly couldn’t believe it. They then tried to blame us for their faulty engine that had electrical tape holding different parts together on it. The only thing this company would’ve had to do is apologize to us for the inconvenience and pick us up first thing in the morning and I would have been completely understanding as I know things happen in life. Instead they were rude, tried to blame us for the ancient engine, and left us sitting for hours waiting for help. Spend the extra money and rent somewhere else.

this house boat rental Company is a joke, from poorly maintained Vessels and accommodation failures to the staff being lazy and unprofessional, we showed up and upon getting ready to head out on the water the boat would not go in reverse. after staying our first night tied to the dock ( due to boat being broke down) after we finally got on the water it would constantly overheat. fridge/freezer did not work as well. Once we got back to the docks after our trip they insisted we eat at there little burger shack which was a mistake, food was terrible and all of our orders were wrong. If you value your vacation rethink your options.

Our family and friends ventured out for a 4 night adventure and it was the trip of a lifetime. The staff was great, attended to our needs efficiently and we had a wonderful time. The lake is Serene and beautiful and traveling out of kettle falls was easy. Thank you VICKI and staff for a great trip. We will return!
