Just closed my account at the window with Caroline and what a NASTY attitude she has. She was visibly upset and I felt her negative energy. She does not know how to keep her emotions in check. Currently I'm sitting down in the lobby with 4 employees doing nothing but sit around. Waiting for Gene to help because she rudely told me to have a seat and someone will help me. The customer service here is so horrible and its not even a busy branch. Lol I don't get it. Anyway the longer I wait the more sites I copy this review to. Wow! Now she's screaming across the lobby saying it can't be closed because of pending items! I'm shocked that its still in business with this kind of treatment.
The ladies that work here are always friendly and super helpful. They know everyone by their 1st names! I had an atm mishap yesterday, the atm practically ate my check I deposited. Cassie was beyond helpful figuring out what happened & called me quickly!! I appreciate your help Cassie!!❤❤❤ THANK U!
Nothing like being treated like a suspected criminal while making several business deposits and a large withdrawal in front of other customers because of my longer hair and beard than my 13 year old driver license photo. Wished Cathy a merry Christmas and get a blank stare and a comment on my appearance in return. Terrible customer service. Thanks Cathy! Customer since 2003.
