The Middle Aged women with short hair is terrible. She is incapable and was very rude to the customers. Will never come back.
I do not live close to this branch.. in fact I live quite a ways from this location... but I find myself making the drive.. because this location is always well staffed.. and as individuals all of the employees I have met here have been delightful. They have always been friendly, eager to assist, and always make you feel like your concern is theirs.. and whatever it is it’s no hassle. I have been with TCF Bank for getting close to a decade now- and I have been to many of the branches.. and this one is certainly inline with the overall culture of the Bank itself- which is providing a superior level of customer service to each guest. Funny thing is I was never officially told that that is their goal- but after being with them so long , I swear that has to be it- because that’s how it always is; regardless of location :)nI would highly recommend TCF to anyone who enjoys great customer service, anyone who enjoys a bank that gets involved in our communities ( TCF host many local fund raisers for various charities across the metro area) and piece of mind; rest assured TCF always makes you feel like they have your back! Thank you guys for always making a trip to the bank an enjoyable experience!
Walked into the branch in Arvada to have a wire transfer prepared; thought it was all taken care of, even got a call the following Monday from TCF saying that the wire was complete. I called the recipient 2 days later and learned that it was never sent. No call from TCF, they didn't even know about it. Missed an important financial deadline. Three stars instead of one because the TCF staff I talked to in sorting it all out, they were helpful.
the bank did everything I asked of them in an efficient and pleasant way I have no complaints with the service I received and in fact I like it a lot better than my other bank
