My Native got a nick in the blade near the tip a few months ago. I learned to live with it but it would catch on everything I tried to cut. Annoying. I was driving by the Spyderco factory/outlet store in Golden CO today and stopped in. Spotless entrance and a beautiful store! After walking in, one of the guys says hello and asks if I had a knife that needed sharpening. :) As a matter of fact yes! He took a look and informed me that they made my knife right across the hall in their factory. Pretty cool! He examined the nick, took it across to the factory and reground the blade. 10 minutes, good as new! Now that's customer service!! Best knife I've ever had and with customer service like that, they have a customer for life! Thank you Spyderco!

Let me first just say, I love my PM2! Best knife I've ever owned! I just got my knife back from Spyderco today. I sent it in to have it sharpened and to have the blade tip fixed. (User error) The knife was shipped back to me promptly and now it's good and sharp. They didn't even charge me to fix the blade tip, mind you it was a very minor break, but still! They could have charged me and they didn't. Thanks Spyderco! You guys rock! I'll definitely buy more knives from you in the future!

I was extremely excited to learn this place exists. I’ve had very good luck with my Spyderco knives over the years and they are definitely my “Go to knife”. They had every thing you could want from Spyderco here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made some minor repairs to a few knives I brought with me and then they sharpened them.nnSpyderco was very proud to support first responders and military. They gave my wife and me a challenge coin and a healthy discount. Even though my wife and I are both retired it was nice that Spyderco appreciated our service and went so far out of their way to thank us.nnThank you Spyderco!

Michael and Candi were the most helpful and friendly people I have ever met. It was wonderful being amongst other knife enthusiasts. It was well worth the travel from Illinois to not only get a nice souvenir from the factory but to also meet them. They were very knowledgeable and down to earth.. I would come back just to hang out with them again. If either of you are reading this, I'm sorry I was there for so long! :D
