We just finished a first floor remodel with CCKB during a pandemic and could not be happier!nnFrom our first meeting with Daryl and Chelsea- they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and candid.nnThey know the business and really get to know their clients and what their clients want.nnOne of the biggest impressions we walked away with was how awesome their contractors were. Our kitchen turned out beautifully. After interviewing a number of other contractors, we signed a contract with Colorado Custom Kitchen & Bath. Daryl readily accepted a few revisions I requested to the contract. He did an excellent job of keeping the project on track, which included removing a load-bearing wall. All of the subcontractors did good work (asbestos mitigators, electrician, stone cutter, carpenter, HVAC technician, hardwood floor installer, drywallers, and painters). Shawn did the majority of the actual construction, and I want to thank him specifically. His craftsmanship was excellent. And, he was a pleasure to deal with, a real bonus when you have someone working in your house every day for a few months. Daryl was a pleasure to deal with, too, as were the kitchen designers Chelsea and Katherine. Chelsea was responsible for the architectural design, and we’re quite pleased with the outcome. In addition to its beauty, our kitchen is a good workspace. Katherine was very cheerful in helping us make the seemingly infinite number of decisions about all the details: countertops, lights, drawer pulls, faucet, sink, backsplash, etc., and she has a nice sense of humor, too.
After completing a full kitchen remodeled, bathroom addition, and full basement remodel I can honestly say Colorado Custom Kitchen and Bath (CCKB) is a contractor like no other I have worked with or hired. They provided a truly excellent service resulting in the home of our dreams. The design team has a massive inventory of knowledge and awesome creativity. All of our wants and needs were clearly addressed and integrated into the final design. The project itself was well managed as was the budget. A highlight for me was the communication and availability of the CCKB staff and crew. No matter the day or time quick accurate responses were provided.nnWe chose to live in our home during the construction which presented a number of logistical challenges for our family. CCKB went above and beyond to keep us comfortable for the duration of the project. From start to finish CCKB provided and exemplary service resulting in a truly remarkable finished product. We will continue to use CCKB for future projects and recommend them at the highest of levels.
CCK&B did a great job from start to finish on a remodel to a home for my handicapped mother. Daryl did an extensive remodel of almost the entire home including a master suite/bath, laundry room and powder room. The job was bigger than he or I expected but turned out great. The communication about the process, costs, timeline and other details was timely and professional. There have been several additional things that came up post construction in the was my mother actually uses the space. Daryl has very graciously gone out of his way to provide assistance with these issues and has helped me keep the space very functional and safe.
