I would highly recommend Integrity Installations for your bathroom remodel projects. We used them recently for 2 bathroom remodels including our master bath and I can't say enough about their work and professionalism. Bryan, Shane, Lori and all the staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. They worked within our budget, which was very important to us without having to give up on what we wanted. Each day they left our home very clean and were great to communicate with us each step of the way with their online system including a weekly email update. We look forward to working with them in the future for 1 more bathroom and our basement.
Integrity has exceeded expectations from design to completion on our full kitchen remodel. Erin (designer) didn't miss a beat with the design and included details that never would have occurred to us. Shane (project manager) kept us in the loop with the schedule, did everything he said he would when he said he'd do it, immediately fixed any issues that came up, kept everything on track, and was all around super pleasant and easy to work with. Bryan (owner) provided a reasonable bid, stayed within the budget we discussed, immediately addressed any issues that came up, and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the process/project. All of the contractors were polite, professional, and respectful. Integrity is true to its name. We didn't think a full kitchen remodel could be done in a smooth, timely manner, and this company proved us wrong. We'd recommend them to anyone who wants a remodel done right! :)
Bryan, Shane and the whole team at Integrity delivered above and beyond on their promise of a turnkey and quality bathroom remodel experience. From design, all the way through completion, Integrity provided a stress-free and top notch experience.nnThis was my first ever remodel, so naturally I had a lot of questions and Integrity responded to my every inquiry thoroughly and punctually. The actual job completed on time and every member of the team that worked in my house was considerate, on time, and kind.nnI will highly recommend Integrity to all my friends and family, so you should definitely consider them for for your project.
Integrity Installations did a minor renovation for us -- they built our pantry when our prior contractor dropped the ball 90% through the entire kitchen remodel. I was extremely impressed at the dedication to quality and expertise this team showed my small project. The price was reasonable and they were so reliable; which is so refreshing these days. I will definitely use them for our future renovations and would highly recommend them.
So, we've all had horror stories with contractors, right? I can tell you honestly that I've never had a better contractor experience than we had with Integrity. From the first estimate, to the design phase, to the pricing, to the options to the work, invoicing and follow through...these folks were EXACTLY what you want from a contractor.nnWe had them do our Great Room with included flooring, lighting, and a kitchen remodel. The workmen who were in our home were professional, polite, customer service oriented, and best of all...highly skilled! We're overjoyed at the quality of workmanship we received for the price we paid.nnWe'll be specifically recommending them to our friends, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone reading this review, or to anyone needing high quality work done at a reasonable price.
