I was amazed with the friendly helpful service I received. I am not positive but I believe the employee's name was Olivia. She really made an impression with me regarding her friendly attitude and product knowledge. She is definitely an asset to the Batteries Plus organization.
Clean store, good selection, ok service. they found my order after searching a bit. everything was fine, just a small step away from great.
This store is close to me so I use them on occasion, but my online motorcycle battery order on a Saturday said it's in stock, it wasn't. I was told it'd be there Monday so at 3pm I brought in my old one and the phone I'd made a 3pm appt for to repair screen and battery. My motorcycle battery still wasn't there.nnOlivia, the young lady behind the counter who helped me, was quick, smart, friendly and competent. She contacted me about 2 hours later, they received the bike battery and the phone was repaired, ready for pick up.nnI'd use them again.
Sales people were helpful and installed my automobile battery quickly while I went across the street for a sandwich.
Great customer service and good pricing with a great response in getting the job done.
