Colville Travel

I had been trying to plan my first all inclusive resort vacation to mexico for a couple of months, and with all the cheap vacations, and all inclusive outlets, and more I could not make a decision! All had good and bad reviews! Getting to mexico had been my long term goal for over 20 years and I did not want to be disappointed with my trip because I made the wrong choice! I finally decided to go to Colville travel at the suggestion of my coworker! Lisa is amazing, she helped me pick the place, and once that was done I had nothing to worry about except paying for it! She took all the stress and worry out of the planning for me! Right from my hotel room at the airport to my travel to and from the resort! It was truly paradise and I can't wait to have her book my next trip! I can't say enough about how good she is! You tell her what you are looking for and she will make it happen!nnThank you lisa! They have lots of experience and give me great suggestions on where to stay during my trips. They also put in a good effort to find you a cheap flight.

Cristin Richards was the least helpful, most indifferent and uneducated travel agent I have ever had the displeasure of working with. She forgot to book seats for one of our three travel mates, refused to help even when we pointed out the error, and had the audacity to state that we needed to pay the additional $100 for the seat. She booked our flights with less than an hour to get through customs and catch our flight before it departed. Needless to say we almost missed our flight. Our luggage did not make it. Do not use this travel agent unless you enjoy headaches, inconvenience and problem solving on your own with increased costs.

We booked our travel to two different countries using 3 airlines through Colville Travel. They found us really good rates and handled the complicated schedules syncing all the flights with adequate lay over times. Half way through the trip, my husband became very ill and we had to get home and to a hospital as fast as possible. Somehow they managed to get us on the next flight home without the usual 200 dollar per person charge, even ordering wheel chair service all the way. Then, to top it off, they managed to retain our credit at the resort hotel so we can reschedule our vacation when my husband recovers. They have even volunteered to seek out our lost luggage if it doesn't appear soon. Will never travel internationally without going through Colville Travel again.
