We picked The Timbers in Keystone for our girls trip this summer and the condo itself was beautiful and met all of our expectations! We were specifically impressed with Gino and Sarah. They both went out of their way for everything we needed including transportation. I highly recommend supporting this small business. Gondola Resorts has great customer service and attention to detail!

Group from FIRST BANK booked through Gondola Resorts with no problems. Professional and courteous. Condos were clean (you could smell the ammonia they used to dissinfect!) and spacious. Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am booking a trip for the weekend. Called yesterday got a lady on the line that took my email and said she would send prices. Due to not getting it I called and was hung up on twice. Thinking it was just a phone issue I called back and man answered and asked why I keep calling there, stop calling and I never booked with them! How in the world can you book something you know nothing about. He hung up in my face. One thing for sure I will not be spending my money or time at this place. So rude and unprofessional. If you don’t like your job then quit!!!

Booked with Gondola in Keystone and stayed at Dakota Lodge. GREAT LOCATION and AMENITIES! First trip to Keystone after reading reviews for family friendly environment, and great reviews on The Dakota in River Run. We stayed for a week over Christmas and everything was spot on as advertised. Close to everything you could ever need - grocery store next door, ski shop across the street, as was Kidtopia and quick walk to every type of restaurant, and of course the gondola. The CONDO itself was just as advertised, with fully supplied kitchen and bathroom, super warm fireplace, cozy balcony and soft bed. Parking was very convenient. Ultimately we had an amazing experience that we'll all remember and looking forward to coming back to the Dakota next year! 100-River-Run (Property)

The condo was wonderful. We loved making s’mores outside by the fire pit and seeing all the skiers. We also enjoyed the fire place in our condo and the views of the snow were stunning. The shuttles were easily accessible and hardly any wait time to take us from place to place. Our condo also had a trail way to get to the shops and restaurants at our resort. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone! We had a blast!
