Haley from the instore design team was great to work with. We had no idea what we were doing, but had a vision in mind and she helped us get the right tiles to pull off the looks for our two bathrooms. The store has so much to choose from and mostly everything was in stock. When I changed my mind on some shower tiles, the return was swift and easy. The cashiers are courteous and helpful. I will definitely use Floor and Decor again when a new project arises.
Ashley, one of the designers, is fantastic to work with on a project. She assisted me in selecting my style and look. Her suggestions were so helpful. I’ll never go anywhere else!!
My husband and I are renovating two bathrooms and our laundry room, and floor and decor Arvada had everything we need! Not only that, but Zac came up to us for assistance and wound up spending 30 minutes helping us find our perfect tiles, loading them, checking out and loading our car. It was a huge effort and huge relief to have that kind of customer support the whole way through our first tile buying experience. Can wait to do more renovations and come back!
Me and my husband worked with Rachel and had a great and fast experience picking out our backsplash. She helped us pick out a color for grout that matched best and got us all the things we need for our DIY installation. We will absolutely be coming back to work with Rachel for other projects!
The sales team has always been very helpful when I need it. There are almost too many choices and I wander the isles for far too long before making a decision. Backsplash turned out great! And at $5/ sq foot, it can't be beat!
