Good guys easy to talk to , if they don't have the part you need they will order it for you with out any issue , wish they had a wider parts selection for older machines but they do great for the area they have to work with

Their Marine and Powersports shop did a terrible job installing the fish finder and trolling motor in my boat. One problem after another. First problem, they told me the original fish finder I wanted was too big, I called the dealer I bought my boat from and asked if they were able to mount the bigger fish finder on my boat and they said yes and sent me pictures. Somehow the mechanics at Clark’s couldn’t do the same so they made me downsize the fish finder and they Installed it in the most ridiculous spot to where the fish finder had to be at a 45 degree angle and wouldn’t sit horizontal so I could read it while driving, how they thought this was acceptable shocks me. I had to Purchase another RAM mount and install it up in the window where I told him I wanted it the first time, the spot where he said it wouldn’t fit. When they installed the trolling motor, they failed to run the I-pilot Link Ethernet cable from the trolling motor to the fish finder finder. I had to spend several hours wiring the cable and connecting it myself. When they installed the transducer for the fish finder, they installed it well below the hull of the boat which caused a wave of water to get flung up into the boat soaking the back half of the boat whenever the boat was going over 15MPH. They told me they did this so the transducer would still work while I was driving. Humminbird specifically states that their side imaging transducer like the one on my boat is not made to get data at speed and should be mounted above the bottom out of the way of the jet stream. I had to seal the holes they put in my boat and remount the transducer. When it came to pricing, they charged me $200 more for the trolling motor than what the guy told me it would be and their fish finder was $150 more expensive than anywhere else! They told me “you’re $500 under quoted price I don’t know why you’re upset”. I’m upset because I had to downgrade to a $1300 less fish finder so I should be $1300 under originally w price. Me and the 10-15 other people I know who have used Clark’s in the past will not be back. I recommend you go to a more knowledgeable place.
