It's usually such a cool spot to sit outside and write. But they have removed the seats and tables. Only sit there and eat if you get food at the burger restaurant. ☹ufe0f

Writers square is such a great place. Ample parking garages give way to fine eateries and trendy shops. There are a lot of varied options that are fun for the whole family. Whether it be clothing, food, gag gifts and memorabilia you will find it all here at writers square. Some people see regular brown brick buildings but I see promise opportunity and absolute fun in every direction. The shops that i visited all followed the pandemic protocols very closely and didn't hesitate to let some patron know to wear a mask or social distance. It is a real relaxing place to sit back and take in the sights. If you like nature you arw able to easily access the cherry creek trail as well. But dont take my word for all this. Get out here to larimer square and be the spark.

Mixed thoughts on this one. While a huge selection of places to eat, I was very dissatisfied with places to shop. Please let me make myself clear. I always shop at TJ Maxx, Ross and alike, but I was under the impression that the 16th Street Mall had higher end shops. About the only one I saw was Overland, which I did enjoy, they have just beautiful items and a huge selection with great sales. I enjoyed the free bus ride the goes in a loop. It seems however your ok to stay on at one end and allowed to ride to the other end. We were made to get off at the end near Union Station. The walk to get back on was a little bit far for someone like myself who has walking issues. As it turned out we got on the VERY SAME BUS!!??!!?? I would have understood it if that bus was done for the day but that was NOT the case. Also sadly there is a huge population of homeless people. My friend made me exit the bus quickly with no explanation. She saw a very elderly woman sitting in an alley so my friend gave this very great full woman all the cash she had. If I had had some cash on me I would have to. This is such a sad sight in our Great Country in this day and age.

Nice little place to eat, shop or get a haircut. There's a credit union and apartments in the upper levels.

My favorite. Very eclectic menu. If you can't find something you want, you're not hungry....besides CHEESECAKE.
