Blue Spruce Pharmacy @ Jefferson Center

I was a patient here for years and loved it. However trying to get back in is so difficult. Yes I understand I have to start process again but unless you’re suicidal they’ll give u a “crisis talk number!” After being seen 4 times recently in ER last couple they called and were told they’d get me in within week. Once home never happened! It’s important but they don’t care.nBesides the same pharmacy staff who has been there for years (they’re great).nI wouldn’t give intake or any other help any stars. I miss just being able to schedule appt.

One of the best experiences I've had here, time and again. I leave feeling better about everything. I have a great therapist and great support. I know Jefferson has their hands full and for people with bad experiences. They do what they can with the resources they have. At the end of the day they are there to help people. Y'all dont have any easy job. And I genuinely appreciate every staff member.

I’m sure anyone looking at this review knows how difficult it is to find mental health resources in Denver. That’s why you may be interested in this place. I called to make an appointment, and there’s nothing for weeks. My situation is an emergency. I’m told on the phone there is walk-in hours, so I opt for that. I take the day off work even though I can’t afford it, and I drive over to the Jefferson Center. I walk in and it’s very confusing. There’s no specific signage in the front lobby that helps you find reception. I walk down a hallway and somehow find my way there. The ladies at reception are too busy giggling and chatting to notice me standing there for about a minute. That’s fine. Whatever. I let the receptionist who “helped me” know I’m there for a walk-in intake appointment. Lady tells I had been given the wrong information. If I wanted to do a walk-in I should’ve came in much earlier. No direct answer of when, but earlier. I ask if I can go to another Jefferson Center, and let her know I’m desperate. She mumbled an answer that I couldn’t audibly decipher, but while shaking her head no, so I get the hint. She sees how visibly heartbroken I am, but doesn’t offer any information or help as to how I should proceed. There’s no one else up there at the counter and two other receptionists, so it’s not like she was too busy to provide some sort of helpful information. She just didn’t want to.. it was easier to turn me away. So after months of trying to get services, and finally physically making it to a center, that’s the extent of empathy and care I received. Given the nature of the services provided, I assume everyone knows how disheartening it is to be given the runaround when it comes to your mental health. You never know what someone is going through. Looks like another shoot and miss as far as getting myself help. Just a big waste of my time and energy, which sucks because I don’t have much of either. Don’t know when I’ll be able to afford to try getting mental health services again, but at least I can say I DID try.

I feel really bad!nI have never encountered such horrible bedside manner in my life.nThey were blatantly ignoring me and not paying attention whatsoever, overall horrible experience.nI’m very disappointed and disgusted.nSadly, they are not in the business to treat or help a simple thing.nThey treating their clients as a piece of meat.nThe staff were appalling, seemed like they’d rather be at butcher than work at the office.nThey are rude. No one cares what so ever. my visit to this office was unpleasant. each and every time I went there, it's the worst place ever. Staff is extremely rude and playing games with patients to ruin there day. There isn't any privacy at this clinic, I feel really bad. Wished i was not here! Actually, extra nasty place! I’m not the only patient that has been treated this bad. Terrible place.nI wouldn't recommend!nBe aware!!
