Terrible. Terrible and unconcerned staff and management. They do not care to provide proper information to the public. They must realize that they are in the business of serving the people of Colorado who funds them. Neither the Governor nor the legislature properly supervises this huge organization. If they were not a government monopoly they would go bankrupt. Staff are rude and work like a chicken with its head cut off. Even the supervisor of each department do not properly supervise the staff nor know what the problems of the people they serve are. If I ran my business like the DMV does I would have a failed business. I bet the Governor nor the head of the DMV knows what is happening at the operational level or the problems of the people experience when using the services of this most inefficient and useless Government agency. I asked to speak of a Manager to address a problem and they sent a low level employee who admitted he was only a peon. Mr. Governor or Director of DMV or Department of Revenue come to me and let me treat you the way the DMV employees treat the people of Colorado to give you a return favor. Then let me see how you like it.

Overall, it was great. I do wish they sanitized the counters between people, but I do understand that it is time consuming to do so. But, they were distancing and checking everyone who came in. Plus, the staff was friendly and efficient.
