This isn’t necessarily 100% a Union Station issue but ummm. Why is it so difficult to get a bus to and from Colorado Springs. It’s an hour away but the layover is always 3- 5 hours???? I know the majority of the issue lies with Colorado Springs’s lack of public transportation but it just doesn’t pan out on either side that I have to wait 3- 5 hours in the cold amongst our citizens without an address just to travel a few miles. One city needs to step it up! AND PLEASE PLEASE TURN ON THE HEAT YOUR OWN EMPLOYEES ARE FREEZING!!!!!

Probably the safest train station in the world. Very clean and they do a good job on cleanliness.
