Ryan trimmed my ash tree recently, a few large branches that are dead were not cut off.nThe trimming was done before the tree leafed out, I did not notice until later.nI have called and left 3 messages requesting the dead branches be removed, never received any response.nI choose Sanctuary Tree because of the good reviews. I am extremely disappointed!!nI would not recommend doing business with this company. Maybe if I had not paid my invoice right away I would have gotten a response.
Great value and superb team. Very professional. It takes them a few days to respond to phone calls but worth the wait. If you are looking for professionals in the industry you have found them.
Ryan is very knowledgeable on all things tree! Insects, diseases, treatment. In the short time I was able to work with him, he showed me egg sacs of praying mantis, how to identify different insects based on the shape of their burrowing holes, and the new Infestations of foreign species. Thank you for your help and of course a hats tip to studly dudley! Great dog!

I am so impressed with Sanctuary Tree and Garden Care! Ryan came to give us a quote and we were so very impressed with his knowledge of and passion for trees. It is why we chose an arborist, not just a guy with a chainsaw. Ryan is straightforward and caring; he cares about trees and his customers--not just his paycheck. Ryan and a crew of amazing people came to do the pruning. They were friendly, kind, careful and extremely brave! They were thorough and careful when it came to the clean-up; they picked up every last twig from my yard and the street around the chipper. I will definitely be calling them again for fertilizing, ash-borer prevention and another pruning when it is needed. You will love working with this crew!
