The best cappuccino I have ever drink so far. Mush better then in loved by everyone Starbucks. Double shot of espresso woke me up in no time. Next time I come to casino I will grab the coffee only at this place.
Extremely rude. The associate walked away from us as soon as we approached the counter and didn’t acknowledge us for several minutes. She didn’t say hello nor was at all friendly. Terrible customer service! We will spend our money else where
Three stars for taste. Zero stars for efficiency. Five people working there but can only help one customer at a time. Spent forever in line while the old ladies had a conversion with an employee buying something.nnCan't someone else help me? Then cashier is the one who gets my roll for me. So she jumps back and forth between the money and the food.nnTypical no care attitude.
Employees and manager very rude and irate do to not having rolls to sell,manager told me Saturday they could not sell me a box of rolls as they were to busy to put boxes together to fill I wanted a 15 pack and she said they had none available and non to make or sell only the big rolls for 5.00 each.manager said she was over whem .with customers .so they lost sales and then I didnt have a desire to play at the lodge.
