We have not been up the hill for over 5 months, the food at the Gillian is horrible,nWe both got sick on there specials. Hamburger not good. Please improve,
The food here is on point. I got the chicken fried steak, and the Mrs had surf and turf and everything was pretty bomb diggity. I think this is our new go to whenever we come up here. The only thing that needed some help was the biscuits.
Shrimp dinner is always delish and the gyro special was yummy!
We had breakfast here. It was fine food, but we don't gamble so it was a little awkward. If you're already here to play, great. I wouldn't bother with the valet parking if you're just looking for a restaurant, though.
The host and servers were extremely friendly. The food was good and the prices were very reasonable. This place is definitely better than any of the buffets in Black Hawk. The entire place was clean, especially the salad bar area which they kept it full and clean at all times. The cookies are amazing!! They are HUGE and delicious and don't cost very much. You definitely need to try the cookies (we had the lemon and peanut butter) and other desserts. The cookies were so great we bought more just to take home.
