A friendly operation that delivers!nI had an issue with a package and was able to call the local office and talk to my delivery person over the phone to solve the problem. An Easy Fix.
It's 12:30 p.m. on Monday Washington's birthday and they are still not open no signs posted on the building and only on the website saying hours may differ. This is ridiculous the website says you're open and you're not open

As new residents of NW Idaho Springs, and having purchased a home without a mailbox, we needed a lot of coordination to get our mail affairs in order.nnKaren and our mail carrier, Eric, were so helpful in helping us clear the hurdles, and even secured an abandoned mailbox we could use. Eric then reached out to me directly the other day to advise there was mail in our “new” mailbox, concerned we might miss it/not know it was being delivered already!nnThere were a lot of reasons we moved from suburbia to I.S., and seeking a more personable, interconnected community was a primary one. This is a perfect example of that, and something I’m grateful for.nnThanks, Karen and Eric!
Paula and Sandy are So friendly and helpful. They don't give it a second thought when I walk in with 15 packages to mail. They are the nicest postal employees I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
