If I could give 6 stars, I would! I can not say enough good things about Dianne with Paradise Is Waiting. I am usually the one to book our flights but this time I tried a travel agent to see if there were better deals than I could find. Dianne was extremely helpful never pushing anything extra on us. She asked us just a few questions regarding our travel plans and immediately provided us with travel options to pick from. I felt horrible reaching back out to her when we had to switch the dates a week later when I realized I had given her the wrong dates. She was so gracious and took care of everything for us from the flight to car rental. Now due to the Covid 19 crisis we are having to cancel our plans all together and she was right there to help us get everything taken care of. It was such a pleasant experience working with Dianne, I will make sure to reach out to her at Paradise Is Waiting for all my travel needs.
