Delicious, affordable, excellent service.... AWESOME!!!
We had a family dinner there. Food was great and service was good
Oh I loved it! We had sushi (incredible), recommend everything on the sushi menu. But we also took two to go meals from the thai side. They were delicious, we shared them with our boyfriends. If you love sushi, go here.
The first few times I have gone to Ito's, everything has been spectacular. Tonight was NOT one of those nights. Service was very slow. It took our waitress almost 30 minutes to realize we were even out of water, let alone low on it. When the sushi came out (almost 15-20 minutes AFTER the other entrees), it was significantly disappointing. It looked like something you could have bought at a 7-11. Some of my favorite sushi is Salmon Roe-- when my Salmon Roe arrived at my table it was warm and chunky, almost as if it had been freezer burned and then thawed. Completely disgusting. I don't know if I will be coming back.
We eat at Ito's every time we visit Florence. There food is yummy and the staff are great. We did a to-go order last week and they were just as good as I remembered. If you ever have an issue, they will fix it quickly and politely. This is one of the best Japanese restaurants in the continental US.
