Waffle Wagon

What a complete experience!nnLet's start where everyone expects a restaurant to shine. The flavors! The pecan waffles were the best waffles I've had in a very long time. The Belgian waffle seems to get the highest praise. Well... not anymore! There was a generous amount of pecans throughout. This was a traditional American style waffle that had the perfect balance of flavor, crunch, and chew. Speaking of that combo, everything had that balance. The bacon, hash browns, and even the toast. Everything was on point!nnWith that kind of food there are times service can be overlooked. I've been to my share of high end restaurants and can't remember the last time I saw one run like the Waffle Wagon. We drove up and asked about the wait because there were literally no parking spots. The person out front knew that there was a couple open tables. We parked and he asked about us being in the red car and got us seated right away.nnOnce inside I marveled at how all staff worked in unison. The busing staff was making sure everyone had what they needed if the wait staff wasn't present. Wait staff was helping folks not in their area and picking up dishes when patrons were done. What really blew me away was the communication, and that everyone knew what was happening.nnThey worked quickly and efficiently but we never felt rushed.nnWe are looking forward to our next visit!nnBravo Waffle Wagon!

Great breakfast!! I've been here twice and both times have been a wonderful experience. Great service, my food was out fast, and happy to see the price on the bill!!

Great staff. Everyone is so friendly. My boyfriend and I ordered coffee and the staff continuously kept coffee cups filled. Breakfast was delicious as well. Glad we stopped by!

One of my favorite spots in Canon City whenever I come through. I had the breakfast burrito with both green chili sauce and sausage gravy. Service was also spot on, and my coffee was always full. Good job yall.

Absolutely amazing food, and the staff was super friendly and attentive! Truly has a home feel with good home cooked food.
