A few months ago I gave Ortega's five stars. Went there today and received horrible service. We were treated like a mild annoyance at best. We had to ask for napkins twice and were told to wait. Our food was served without silverware, such which we also had to request, then waited for while our food got cold. The one time the waitress came to check on us she asked if everything was ok, then tuned and left before we could respond. When it was time to pay we had to hunt down our ticket, then waited at the register while she took our money and went to wait on another table.
Very delicious. They have outdoor seating which was great. I felt very comfortable! Our waiter was very attentive. Their marks were average, a lot of syrup, but the food made up for it! Authentic and delicious! Will be back next time I’m in CO!
The best service I’ve had in a while. Both the waitress and the guy were extremely nice. She even suggested things I didn’t know I wanted. I observed same service to next table. Highly recommend
Good food and service, great place to eat with friends. I usually get three hard shell tacos with pork very tasty ud83dude0b.
Good, tender and juicy but the flavor was pretty American Mexican, little flavor but they have spicy sauce available.nDidn't wow me, but server Wyatt did. He was so excellent in service!
