Very friendly but 75% of the time they don't have my prescription ready even though it's in their computer system to be filled. They also never answer the phone. The safeway pharmacy in Co Springs is so much better

I have been coming here for my prescriptions for the last 20 years and never had issues until this last year...they are so overwhelmed and understaffed that I am consistently having issues filling mine and my families meds

I have to actually go a week early to tell them my prescription is coming up just so my meds are ordered and ready. I basically have to do their job for them once a month or i wont have meds. The pharmacist does seem to care i just think his hands are tied.

They often don’t have enough meds stocked to fill a 30-day script. And they often take 2 days to fill prescription orders. And it’s impossible to reach them by phone. They simply aren’t keeping up with other pharmacies in town.
