the lady didn't know anything about what she was supposed to be doing and the guy that sits back at that desk is ruder than I've ever seen anybody ever be in my entire life I did my driving test and I asked a question I was 6 months pregnant and started to feel nauseous and I asked him if I could pull over on the side of the road in case I was going to throw up and he told me that I better not throw up or my testing would be cancelled and I would have to reschedule another driving test when I felt better. like come on really I'm pregnant there's no telling when I'm going to feel sick or when I'm going to feel better Etc. if you are that miserable in your life and job maybe you should think of a change and get somebody in there that will appreciate the job

Excellent service today! I was the first customer of the day and he called me right over. While he entered my information into the system both staff members and myself had a pleasant conversation. I informed them that I had brought two books to pass the time and he apologized for being so quick. Over all I was there for 20 min. Thank you for being prompt and friendly you two helped start my day off right.

The line was short, but the older woman that works there at the left desk is EXTREMELY rude, nasty and right down mean. It's very obvious she hates her job, so she treats every single person like dirt that I witnessed her interact with. After the way she treated me and my husband we got up and walked out as we are human beings who deserve to be treated decent. We will go to Pueblo or Springs and see if we are treated any better there. That woman is the epitome of a miserable DMV employee. She should never be working with the public! Go to YELP and leave a review where it really counts. The state will ignore these reviews, but maybe not YELP.

The two employees were very professional. I arrived at 7:50am, was 4th in line, and took about an hour to get Motorcycle permit. Friendly service!

I frankly found my experience getting a license as a new resident from another state to be refreshingly quick, cordial, and simple. There was only one person working in this office and she was the epitome of efficiency.
